Criminal Law
The criminal law is the name given to that branch of law that governs an individual's relationship with the State. The main purpose of criminal law is to set forth the punishment for criminal offences.
Being charged with any criminal offence is ordinarily a frightening experience for most people; and horrifying where the charge is accompanied by a custodial arrest.
Titan Law focuses its practice in this regard to charges relating to commercial crime.
The firm has a good working relationship with law enforcement agencies, in particular the Serious Frauds Squad and Commercial Crimes Unit of the Zimbabwe Republic Police, as well as the Criminal Division of the Attorney-General's Office.
