Unlike jurisdictions in some developed countries, many transactions involving the transfer and registration of title in Zimbabwe can only be handled by persons registered as Conveyancers, who must, by law, be prior registered Legal Practitioners.
 
Titan Law provides conventional assistance related to transactional matters involving property sales and registration of title.
 
This ranges from drafting and structuring sale agreements, advising on the tax implications, drafting the necessary documentation for registration of the transfer and attending to the same at the Registrar of Deeds.
