​​Priscilla is the Head of Technology, Innovation, and Impact and a Partner at Titan Law. A registered Legal Practitioner, Conveyancer, and Notary Public, Priscilla was duly admitted by the High Court of Zimbabwe. She holds an LLB from the University of Cape Town and an LLM in Public International Law from the University of London, bringing over a decade of legal expertise to her role. Priscilla commenced her career as General Counsel and Company Secretary within the aviation industry, where she developed a foundation of corporate legal experience.

At Titan Law, Priscilla has significant experience in Mining Law, Property Development, Conveyancing, Corporate Advisory, and Investment Law. Priscilla has represented clients in high-value mining transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and extensive due diligence exercises. Her advisory work also covers the integrity and security of mining titles, project structuring, and the negotiation of agreements from inception to execution. Her work encompasses a broad range of property matters, including complex commercial and residential transactions, property acquisition, and unit sales for large-scale developments. She has developed expertise in Medical Law, Sports Law, Entertainment Law, as well as Data Protection and Cybersecurity.
